Vehicle Fit Outs
Heading on-site? Let us take care of what you need to get on-site. We can supply and fit everything from the tray, internal ROPS, Hi-Vis numbering, amber beacons and lightbars, UHF radios, whips, floormats, safety triangles, canvas seat covers, wheel chocks, wheel nut indicators, spotlights, fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
Tray ROPS
In May 2013, we had Automotive Safety Engineering Pty Ltd, of Lonsdale, South Australia, conduct tests on our tray ROPS to obtain certification in accordance with the AS 1636 – 1996 and The National Code of Practice for light vehicles.
Automotive Safety Engineering carried out laterally longitudinal and vertical-force testing. Their findings found slight deformity but showed no structural weakness. Automotive Safety Engineering can confirm the 2013 Toyota Hilux Heavy Duty Steel Tray we sent to them was rated 1765kg payload and, therefore, can be fitted to the following makes of vehicles:

Hi-Vis
We know that safety is very important. That's why PTE Group Pty Ltd will always fit out your vehicle with the right Hi-Vis features so you can always be seen. We only use 3M grade hi-vis tape since its durability can outlast harsh conditions.
LV Numbers
PTE Group Pty Ltd will ensure that the correct LV Numbers are put right where you need them to comply with safety standards. We can supply 50mm or 75mm tape in different colours based on what your mining needs and arrange your numbering.
