Your trailer needs to be serviced regularly to extend its longevity. PTE recommend the following for servicing your trailer at our shop in Welshpool, WA.
Weekly / Monthly
- Wheel Nuts, tighten accordingly
- Check airlines and brakes are in working order
- Tyre pressure
- Lights
Every 20,000 km
- Brakes and bearings
- Checked and serviced
PLEASE NOTE: If you are driving on unsealed roads, we recommend every 10,000 km.

Returns & Warranty Policy
No goods will be accepted for return without prior authorisation from PTE Group. Returned goods must be unsoiled and in a re-sellable condition. All warranty repairs need to be carried out by PTE Group unless authorised in writing by a director. PTE Group will not pay warranty invoices from third parties without being notified first and accepting the liability.
What is Covered?
PTE Group warrants our product against defects in material or workmanship 12 months from manufacture date as follows: PTE Group will replace at no charge any products or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.
What is Not Covered?
Scratches to paint and general wear and tear will not be covered, as well as damage caused by overloading.
It is your responsibility to maintain your purchase.
